Challenge
The outdated doors and windows of the office building resulted in poor thermal insulation and high energy consumption. One of the main challenges of the project was creating a clean and modern façade appearance that meets contemporary technical requirements within a short construction deadline.
Solution
During the project, thermally insulated Ecowin MS 75-85 aluminium systems were installed to improve energy efficiency and thermal performance. The modern façade solution combines clean architectural appearance, durability, reliable long-term functionality, and efficient execution within the scheduled project deadline.

Quotation and Specification
The client sends photos and dimensions of the existing doors and windows. Based on this information, we prepare a detailed specification and quotation quickly and efficiently – without the need for an on-site survey.

On-Site Measurement and Planning
After the quotation is approved, we carry out an on-site survey. This includes precise measurements, structural assessment, and the preparation of custom manufacturing plans.

Manufacturing
Custom-sized Alu profile system elements are manufactured in our own production facility. We do not purchase finished profiles – every system is produced by our team.

Installation
Professional installation of exterior façade systems and interior door solutions, including sealing, sill replacement, cover trims, and finishing works – in cooperation with the general contractor.

Handover and Warranty
Final quality inspection, project documentation handover, and 5-year warranty to ensure long-term reliability and customer satisfaction.
Challenges encountered during installation
Windowsill replacement - During the removal of the existing window frames, it became clear that the original windowsills required full replacement to ensure a proper fit and long-term weatherproofing for the new aluminium systems.

Cover strip installation - In several areas, decorative cover strips were required to achieve a clean, finished appearance where the new frames met existing interior surfaces. This was coordinated closely with the general contractor on site.
Change of opening direction on the main entrance door -
During the project, it became clear that the existing opening direction of the main entrance door did not comply with current EU regulations. Since the modification could not be made to the original door, a completely new aluminium entrance door was designed and manufactured – with the correct opening direction.
